The Britvex Hub is our proprietary client portal — a secure, cloud-based platform that gives every Britvex client 24/7 access to their complete financial picture. Accessible via web browser at accounts.britvex.com and via mobile app, the portal is the central hub for all client communication, document management and account oversight.

Every document we prepare, every return we file and every piece of correspondence we receive on your behalf is securely stored and accessible in your Britvex Hub account. VAT returns, year-end accounts, payroll summaries, Self Assessment submissions, HMRC correspondence — all in one place, searchable, downloadable and permanently retained.

The portal features an integrated secure messaging system that connects you directly to your dedicated accountant — not a generic support inbox. Messages are typically responded to within two hours during business hours. For urgent matters, you can also call your accountant directly on their dedicated line.

Yes. Portal access is included as standard with all Britvex service packages. There is no additional fee for portal access, document storage or messaging.
How secure is the portal?
The Britvex Hub uses bank-grade encryption, multi-factor authentication and continuous access logging. All data is stored in compliance with UK GDPR and our ICO registration. You can review your own recent login activity within the portal at any time.
Can I access historical documents on the portal?
Yes. All documents prepared by Britvex are stored in your portal — with a minimum retention period of seven years. You can search, download and review any document at any time, regardless of when it was filed.
How quickly does my accountant respond to portal messages?
Our target response time for portal messages is two hours during standard UK business hours (9am–5pm Monday–Friday). For urgent matters outside business hours, our Dubai operations team can escalate to the relevant accountant.
