Our Services
- Services begin only after a signed engagement letter and receipt of required information
- We reserve the right to decline any engagement without providing reasons

- We are not responsible for changes in legislation after advice has been given
Fees & Payment
- Fees are as agreed in your engagement letter or service agreement
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed
- Late payment may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate
- We reserve the right to suspend services for outstanding invoices
- All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
Client Responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate and timely information and documents
- Notify us promptly of any changes to their circumstances
- Meet all deadlines communicated by us for information provision
- Cooperate with identity verification and AML checks as required by law
- Review and approve all documents before submission to HMRC or Companies House
Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question
- We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by clients
- We are not liable for HMRC penalties resulting from client failure to meet information deadlines
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information. We will not disclose client information to third parties except where required by law, regulatory bodies, or as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Termination
- Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice
- We reserve the right to terminate immediately for non-payment or misconduct
- All outstanding fees become immediately payable upon termination
- We will provide client files and records within 30 days of termination
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
