Our EC2M office accepts deliveries from all major couriers — DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, DPD, Evri, Yodel and Royal Mail Parcel Force — Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. All deliveries are signed for, photographed on receipt and immediately notified to you by email — with a description of the parcel (sender, dimensions, weight, condition on receipt). You are never left wondering whether a delivery has arrived.
Storage — parcels are stored securely in our EC2M office in a climate-controlled environment. We store parcels for up to 30 days under standard plans (60 days for premium). We notify you after 14 days if a parcel has not been collected or forwarded, and again at 28 days. Items held beyond the storage period are returned to sender or disposed of per your instructions.
Forwarding options — parcels can be forwarded to any UK or international address via your preferred courier. We obtain multiple courier quotes for larger items and forward the options to you — you confirm the preferred courier and cost before we book. For regular forwarding requirements, we can set up an automated forwarding instruction — all parcels forwarded to a specific address on the next working day after receipt, without individual confirmation required each time.

4 Mistakes to Avoid — And Why They’re Costly
All parcel recipients at our EC2M address must include their unique client reference in the delivery address (e.g. ‘Company Name / REF-12345, Suite 4, 20 London Wall, EC2M 5TE’). Without a reference, unidentifiable parcels cannot be matched to the correct client and may be returned to sender. Your unique reference is provided in your welcome email.
If you receive a delivery that contains time-sensitive items — banking security devices, documents with response deadlines, perishable samples — arrange forwarding immediately on notification, not several days later. We flag the contents description in all notification emails — review the description and confirm forwarding promptly for any urgent items.
Our parcel receipt service operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Deliveries outside these hours — early morning, evening or weekend — cannot be accepted. Ensure your delivery bookings specify working hours only. For time-critical deliveries, book for a specific working day and time rather than a date range that may include a non-working day.
Our EC2M address is used for parcel receipt by clients who have subscribed to parcel receipt services. It cannot be used as a Companies House registered office without a separate registered office subscription. Similarly, it cannot be listed on your website as your business address without a virtual business address subscription. Each service covers its specific use.
Parcel Receipt — Your Questions Answered
We accept deliveries from all major UK and international couriers — including Royal Mail (Parcel Force and Special Delivery), DHL (Express and eCommerce), FedEx, UPS, TNT, DPD, Evri, Yodel and Amazon Logistics. For specialist freight or pallet deliveries, contact us in advance to confirm arrangements. Our EC2M address can be used with any courier service that delivers to central London commercial addresses.
Standard parcel receipt covers items up to 60cm x 60cm x 60cm and up to 30kg. For larger items — oversized equipment, multiple boxes, palletised deliveries — contact us in advance to make arrangements. Very large items or high-frequency deliveries (e.g. regular large stock deliveries) are handled by arrangement with additional storage charges.
Once you receive your parcel receipt notification, reply to the notification email (or log into your client portal) to request forwarding. Provide your delivery address and any preferred courier preference. We obtain quotes from 2-3 couriers for larger items and forward the options with pricing for your approval. On confirmation, we book the collection and dispatch, providing tracking details once collected.
Yes — you can collect parcels in person from our EC2M office, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Please notify us 24 hours in advance of collection (via email or client portal) so the parcel is ready and our team is expecting you. Bring photo ID and your client reference. Collections on the same day as parcel receipt notification are possible — call us to confirm availability.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, our team photographs the damage on receipt and includes this in the notification email. We advise on the courier claims process if damage is identified. For high-value items, we recommend requesting ‘signature required’ delivery and adding a ‘handle with care’ instruction to the address label. We cannot accept liability for damage that occurred during transit.
